By paying through ZroWeb Pay you agree to these terms. ZroWeb Pay is operated by Ankit ZROWEB Digital Services.

1. What this service is
ZroWeb Pay collects online payments, through Razorpay, for services you book on the websites of our client businesses (such as Jigyasha Collection Center). The business, not ZroWeb, provides the service you book.
2. Prices and payment
- The amount is set by the business's website and shown before you pay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- You pay the full price of the selected package or test at the time of booking.
- Payments are accepted by UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking. Razorpay or your bank may apply their own limits.
3. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds and the business confirms your slot. If a payment is debited but the booking does not show as paid, contact us with your booking reference.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide correct details and be available at the address and time you choose.
- Use only payment methods you are authorised to use.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to alter amounts or interfere with its security.
6. Medical disclaimer
Lab tests and reports are provided by the business and its laboratory. ZroWeb Pay is only a payment page and gives no medical advice. Consult a qualified doctor to interpret results.
7. Liability
We are responsible for processing your payment correctly. We are not liable for the quality, timing or outcome of services delivered by the business, or for delays caused by banks, Razorpay or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Solan, Himachal Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
